Refund policy
If you would like to return any items from your purchase, you have the possibility to do so. We offer a 14-day return & refund policy for online purchases from the day you received your package.
IMPORTANT RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION:

If you would like to return your order, you have three options; we can help you create a return label or you can arrange a return yourself or you can return it physically in-store. For further instructions, please read the following.

Customers will be subject to the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box in which you received your item(s).

Items should be returned unused, with all garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Returns have a processing time of 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, holidays and sale periods.

When your return & refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us. The refund amount will be returned back via the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to arrive back into your bank account.

If you would like to have a new size, we kindly ask you to return the original order and place a new order.
- Please note that perfumes are non-refundable.

CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN OTHER COUNTRIES:
Customers residing outside of continental Europe will need to write an email to contact@henrikvibskov.com and let us know which items you want to return. We will create a return label for you and sent it in an email for you to print. Stick it on the outside of the shipment and deliver it to a FedEx ParcelShop.

The customer holds the shipping costs back to Henrik Vibskov Boutique in Copenhagen. Furthermore, the customer holds the responsibility of its safe arrival back to Henrik Vibskov Boutique. Therefore, we recommend obtaining proof or receipt from the courier of your choice.
IMPORTANT FOR RETURNS: If you are creating your own label, please remember to note that the package is a return to avoid being charged with duties & taxes again. Customers will be subject to return shipping fee and any reverse duties & taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.
IN-STORE RETURNS:
If you would like to return or exchange your online order to our Copenhagen boutique, you have the choice to do so. You are able to return or exchange your order 14 days from when you have received it. If you have exceeded this deadline, we may not be able to issue a refund.
We kindly ask you to bring in your return with all tags still attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you have received it along with your order confirmation.
