Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis worldwide, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not receive any additional charges upon delivery.

Please note that customers in certain Asian countries, including Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, China, and India, may be subject to additional local import duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by local customs authorities, are outside of our control, and are not covered by us. We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for all online purchases, starting from the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, an 8-day return policy applies. Online orders may also be returned at our Copenhagen boutique. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned at our New York City store.

Customers outside the European Union must contact us at contact@henrikvibskov.com before returning an item. We will provide a return shipping label upon request.

If you choose to create your own return label, please ensure the shipment is clearly marked as a return and includes the outgoing AWB number (tracking number) to avoid import duties and taxes upon arrival.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your return, and within 8 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
