You can buy a return label here.
When you have received the return label, stick it outside of your return shipment and deliver it to a GLS ParcelShop.
Please note that items must be returned within 14 days from the day that you received the parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Items bought as Christmas presents must be returned until Wednesday, the 3rd of January 2024.
Returns will be subject to the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
You will get an email notification when we have received and processed your return.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS*
Customers residing outside the European Union need to write an email to contact@henrikvibskov.com and let us know which items you want to return. We will create a return label for you and attach it in an email for you to print. Stick it on the outside of the shipment and deliver it to a DHL/FedEx ParcelShop.

Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box in which you received your item(s). Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
In case of return, the customer holds the responsibility to book a return with the courier of their choice and shipping costs back to Henrik Vibskov Boutique. In case of return, the shipping expenses that’s already paid will not be refunded. Please note that any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to receive your package on delivery, we hold the right to charge an amount to cover the potential expenses we might have with the return delivery.
Due to security, reimbursement is only possible to the same credit card used to perform the purchase.
Returns have a processing time of 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, holidays and sale periods.

Når du har modtaget dit returlabel, sæt det uden på din returpakke og indlever pakken hos en GLS PakkeShop.
Vær opmærksom på, at din fortrydelsesfrist er 14 dage, når du handler online. Din fortrydelsesfrist starter først, når du modtager varen. Fortrydelsesfristen er overholdt, hvis varen er sendt retur inden 14 dage fra modtagelsen.
Ved køb af julegaver vil fortrydelsesfristen være til og med d.3 Januar 2024.
Returneringer vil være underlagt returforsendelsesgebyret, som vil blive fratrukket din refundering.
Du vil få en email notifikation, når vi har modtaget og behandlet din returvare.
Du kan også aflevere din returpakke i butikken i København.

Fortryder du dit køb, bedes du venligst returnere pakken i samme stand som du fik den ved modtagelsen. Det er vigtigt, at varens originale emballage/æske ikke er ødelagt og at alle mærker stadigvæk er på tøjet.
Vi forbeholder os retten til at afvise en pakke, hvis varens emballage er ødelagt og ikke kan sælges igen.
Hvis du nægter at modtage din vare ved levering, forbeholder vi os ret til at opkræve et gebyr ved eventuelle udgifter, vi måtte have ved returforsendelse af varen.
Ønsker du at returnere den købte vare og få pengene retur, skal du selv betale for returfragten.
Vi kan kun tilbageføre penge til det betalingskort, der blev benyttet ved køb af varen. Ved returnering af din vare returneres det betalte fragtbeløb ikke.
Returordre har en behandlingstid på 3-5 arbejdsdage fra den dag vi modtager pakken. Der kan være længere behandlingstid i visse perioder med store releases, releases, ferier, helligdage og i udsalgsperioder.
