Refund policy

To cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, please use our Withdrawal Form. Submitting the form registers your cancellation notice as required by EU law. To complete your return, please follow the instructions below. Please note that the return process differs depending on your location. Customers outside of continental Europe will need to contact us directly to arrange a return label.

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for online purchases from the day you received your package.

Important Return & Refund Information

• Items should be returned unused, with all garment tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
• Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box in which you received your item(s).
• Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
• Customers will be subject to the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee is equal to the original shipping cost paid for delivery, and will be deducted from your refund.
• Returns have a processing time of 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, holidays and sale periods.
• When your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
• If you would like a different size, please return the original order and place a new order.
• Please note that perfumes are non-refundable.

Customers Residing Outside Continental Europe

Please email contact@henrikvibskov.com with the items you wish to return. We will send you a FedEx return label to print, attach to your parcel, and drop off at a FedEx ParcelShop.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the safe arrival of the parcel. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your courier.

Important: If creating your own label, mark the package clearly as a return to avoid additional duties and taxes. Any reverse duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

In-Store Returns

Online orders can be returned or exchanged at our Copenhagen boutique within 14 days of receipt. Please bring the items with all tags attached, in their original packaging and condition, along with your order confirmation.
