How do I choose the correct size?

We do our best to guide you with our size guides and in the description for each product.

If a product differs in fit, please check the product description for more information and guidance on the fit or contact us on contact@henrikvibskov.com or in the chat on the website, then we will guide you the best we can.

My order is a present. What do I do?

In your cart, you have the option to add a note to your order. If you want us to gift wrap your item(s) you can write it there. This means we will wrap your goods nicely without any extra costs.

I have placed an item in my basket. When is it reserved?

The item is not reserved once placed in your basket. When your payment in the check-out is completed, your order has been reserved. Therefore, we recommend you complete your purchase as soon as possible.

It is only our payment solutions provider who have access to your data. Your personal contact information is always treated confidential and will not be passed on to others. 

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a security endorsement developed by Visa and Mastercard with the purpose to minimize online fraud.

If you have any trouble using the 3D Secure, we recommend you to contact your credit card issuer for assistance.

Is VAT included in the price?

All prices are included VAT based on the country you choose. If you are shipping to another country the VAT will be determined based on your shipping country at check-out.

When will the money be withdrawn from my account?

The amount of your purchase will be withdrawn from your bank account when we complete your order.

My order has been cancelled but the money is still reserved on my bank account. What do i do?

If the amount of your purchase is still reserved after your order has been cancelled, please contact us at contact@henrikvibskov.com

Are customs or import duties charged?

All deliveries are shipped as DTP (Duties Taxes Paid).

CUSTOMERS IN USA, CANADA, CHINA, AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG, TAIWAN, SWITZERLAND and JAPAN.

We cover the cost of import duties to the above countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable, however, you may have to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For Switzerland, the UK and the USA, these are included at the checkout.

All other customers:

For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.

Can I change my order once placed?

If you would like to change your order or part of your order, please contact us. You will have to place a new order and contact us for cancellation of your previous order. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at contact@henrikvibskov.com if any doubts.

One of the items I have ordered is sold out. What happens now?

In case we are unable to deliver your order due to discrepancies in our stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We remain the right to cancel your order in case our stock was incorrect at the time of order placement. On selected products it is possible to register for 'notify me' and if the desired item(s) will become available again, you will receive an email.

Shipping

At Henrik Vibskov Boutique we aim to give you the best service regardless if it’s in the store or online. We select our shipping suppliers with care so your package arrives in the best possible way.

We dispatch orders with GLS and FedEx.

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. Upon shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace shipping number by e-mail so you can track your parcel. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us.

General Shipping Information

All deliveries are shipped as DTP (Duties Taxes Paid).

During big releases, holidays and sale periods, longer delivery times are to be expected.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 3-5 business days.

* Shipping times are to be used as a guideline only and are based on when the order is placed. Henrik Vibskov Boutique cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic delivery within 1-2 working days. Within the EU delivery happen within 2-4 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world* happen within 3-7 business days. Some locations worldwide may expect a longer delivery time. 

During extra busy periods of the year such as big releases, holidays and sale periods you can experience a longer delivery time in general.

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. Upon shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace shipping number by e-mail so you can track your parcel. I chose the in-store "Local pick up". When can I pick it up?

You will be able to collect your order after 24 hours. During busy periods or holiday seasons, we would like you to note that it may take longer, but we will do our best to ensure that your order is ready for collection within 48 hours. We will send you a notification when the order is ready.

Please note that you have 14 days to collect your order. If the order is not collected within the specified deadline, the order can be cancelled without further notice.

Which shipping companies will deliver my order?

GLS delivers Domestic and Europe*

*This does not include the following countries: Cyprus, Finland, Faroe Islands, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Great Britain, including Scotland and Wales, Iceland, Malta, Canary Islands.

DHL delivers to rest of the world*.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping prices:

Danmark: All deliveries in Denmark are shipped with GLS.

  • GLS Collect (1-2 working days*): 50 DKK
  • GLS Home (1-2 working days*): 50 DKK
  • GLS business address (1-2 working days*): 29 DKK
  • Pick up in store: 0 DKK

Sverige: GLS (2-4 working days*): 15 euros

Within the EU*

GLS (2-4 working days*): 20 euros

The rest of the world*

DHL Express (3-7 working days*): 25 euros

My tracking is blank/has stopped?

Please expect 24 hours before your package will be sent and registered with a track and trace number.

Packages will be sent from our Copenhagen store in Denmark on every working day but not on national holidays and on weekends. If you place an order before 12 pm, we can guarantee that it will be shipped out the same day. Even if your order is placed after 12 pm, we will still do our best to ship it on the same day. In busy periods - like sales - please note that the delivery time may be longer.

My package is missing. Can you help?

Please contact us by email contact@henrikvibskov.com if you haven’t received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

What currency will I be charged?

You will be charged in your local currency. The amount will be displayed at the bottom of the page during check-out.

Shipping Perfumes

An additional shipping fee of 10 euros is added to perfumes as they are categorized as dangerous goods.We ship perfume worldwide, excluding the following countries; Cyprus, Norway.

How can I return my order?

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS* 

Customers residing outside the European Union need to write an email to contact@henrikvibskov.com and let us know which items you want to return. We will create a return label for you and attach it in an email for you to print. Stick it on the outside of the shipment and deliver it to a FedEx ParcelShop.

  • Please note that items must be returned within 14 days from the day that you received the parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • Returns will be subject to the return shipping fee and any reverse duties and taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.

Further information:

  • Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box in which you received your item(s).
  • Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached.
  • Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • In case of return, the customer holds the responsibility to book a return with the courier of their choice and shipping costs back to Henrik Vibskov Boutique. In case of return, the shipping expenses that’s already paid will not be refunded. Please note that any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you refuse to receive your package on delivery, we hold the right to charge an amount to cover the potential expenses we might have with the return delivery.
    Due to security, reimbursement is only possible to the same credit card used to perform the purchase.
  • Returns have a processing time of 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, holidays and sale periods.
What is the deadline for return or exchange of items?

Online orders:

  • Your right to return an online order is 14 days from the day that you received the parcel. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • Returns will be subject to the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you want to exchange an item you will have to return your order and place a new order on the preferred item as we are not able to process exchanges.

Orders bought in store:

You have 8 days to exchange an item or receive store-credit in the form of a Gift-card. Please note that we do not refund items bought in store.

When will I receive my money from a return?
